This file was additionally modified by BMC staff to show internal water bodies and the coastline. Do not distribute this layer to third parties without speaking to someone in the Modelling Group first. On some occasions, a fee will be charged for this data. If someone is interested in TAZ's in general, they can download them from the Census at ftp://ftp2.census.gov/geo/tiger/TIGER2010/TAZ/2010/.
